Job Description/Overview:
My client is currently looking to employ a general insurance broker for our corporate office in Christchurch. I’m looking someone who is experienced across all aspects of insurance advice and administrative processes and have good communication skills. You will need to have a strong commitment to customer services, working with our clients to build their trust and assist to devise strategies to best serve our client’s insurance needs. This is a highly dynamic role and we are seeking someone with a keen eye for detail, confidence, and effective communication skills.
Qualifications needed
- Previous claims experience (ideally with exposure to both commercial and domestic)
- Exceptional time management skills – Able to work to tight deadlines
- Fantastic communication skills with the ability to handle difficult conversations
- A true team player mindset, sharing of ideas is crucial in this role
- The ability to work independently and at a fast pace
