Job Description/Overview:
The Starknet Foundation is looking for an Operations Manager to oversee and optimize various processes within the Starknet ecosystem. This role involves tracking stakeholder processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in the Web3 and blockchain domain.
Key Responsibilities:
– Process Management:
– Monitor and track processes related to growth programs, grants, partner onboarding, and integrations.
– Process Optimization:
– Design, document, and refine end-to-end processes to enhance efficiency.
– Cross-Functional Collaboration:
– Work with Ecosystem Growth, Finance, Product Management, and DevRel teams.
– Continuous Improvement:
– Implement and refine processes based on feedback and industry best practices.
– Technical and Financial Navigation:
– Navigate and optimize processes within blockchain technology and grants programs.
Qualifications needed:
– Degree or relevant experience in Business, Operations Management, Finance, or Engineering.
– Experience in operations or project management within the Web3 or blockchain space.
– Solid understanding of blockchain technology, Web3 concepts, and tokenomics.
– Ability to handle technical documentation and collaborate with technical teams.
Experience:
– Proven track record in designing and optimizing operational processes.
– Experience working with diverse teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Skills:
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
– Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage complex processes.
