An established salon in beautiful Berwick is seeking a talented stylist to join our growing team. We offer a supportive and flexible working environment with a focus on high-quality service and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
– Provide high-quality hair styling and coloring services
– Build and maintain a strong client base
– Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a positive salon atmosphere
– Deliver excellent customer service to all clients
Qualifications needed
– Friendly and positive attitude
– Willingness to grow your client base
– Reliability and team-oriented mindset
– Focused on customer service
– Ideally experienced, but we offer extra training for newly qualified stylists
Experience:
– Experience preferred, but newly qualified stylists are welcome with additional training provided
Skills:
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work well in a team environment
– Commitment to delivering excellent client service

Additional information:
– $30 – $40 per hour plus uncapped commission and bonuses
– $1000 sign-on bonus
– Quality clientele
– Flexible hours from Monday to Saturday

– 2 weeks off at Christmas
– 5 weeks of annual leave (1 extra paid annual leave week)
