Key Responsibilities
- You manage the Regulation Management team and ensure that it has the necessary means and skills to perform various tasks.
- You develop new tariff structures in regulated areas following the evolution of national and European legislative and regulatory frameworks.
- You calculate and get approval for usage tariffs and accessory tariffs for regulated gas and electricity activities.
- You justify and get approval for, in collaboration with the Assets and Finance & Procurement departments, the investment plan with the regulator.
- You monitor formal exchanges between Creos and the national regulator and European organizations, ensuring deadlines are met.
- You coordinate responses to public consultations by the Luxembourg regulator ILR.
- You coordinate and lead discussions with other network managers on regulations, tariff structures, and tariff calculations.
- You represent Creos in specific regulatory working groups of national and European entities.
Qualifications needed
- You hold a master’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- You have team management experience and excellent communication skills.
- You have strong analytical skills with a strategic orientation and the ability to solve problems.
- You are committed, customer-oriented, and collaborative.
- You are meticulous, dynamic, and results-oriented.
- You have a good understanding of the structures, policies, and regulatory frameworks of the energy market.
- You are proficient in French, English, Luxembourgish, and German, both spoken and written.
