Job Description/Overview:
Mustard Stone Technologies Limited is seeking a UI/UX Designer to develop intuitive and engaging user interfaces for their business management system. The ideal candidate will have experience in user-centered design, wireframes, prototypes, and collaboration with product teams.
Key Responsibilities:
– Information Architecture: Develop clear and intuitive information architecture.
– Design Creation: Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and visually appealing user interfaces.
– Iteration: Refine designs based on user feedback and data to enhance usability.
– Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility.
– Documentation: Maintain detailed design documentation and style guides.
Requirements:
– Experience: 3+ years in developing wireframes and prototypes using Figma.
– Design Principles:Experience applying user-centered design principles.
– Collaboration: Experience working with engineers and product managers.
– Artefacts: Experience designing journey maps, user journeys, personas, etc.
– Research: Demonstrated experience in user research, testing, and interviews.
– Independence: Ability to manage the design process independently.
– Leadership: Comfortable leading brainstorms and building a shared vision.
