Job Description/Overview:
SolarCleano is a Luxembourg-based robotics company aiming at providing innovative robotic solutions to the solar panel cleaning industry. You will be part of a young and dynamic R&D team operating on a complete autonomous stack. As a robotics software engineer, you will face the challenge of designing, developing, deploying and supporting innovative route planning, maneuver planning, path planning and control algorithms that will enable tour robots to autonomously navigate and clean photovoltaic panels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to autonomous algorithms, from ideation to robot deployment
- Build tools enabling performance validation
- Code/train/tune/evaluate/benchmark autonomous algorithms
- Deploy and support algorithms on operating robot
Qualifications needed
- Master or PhD in Robotics or equivalent
- 3+ years of professional experience developing software for robotics systems
- 3+ years writing C++ code
- Proficiency with ROS
- Experience with robotics standard for autonomy: route planning, maneuver planning, path planning, control
Experience:
- Point cloud and image standard algorithms
- Machine learning and related tools (pytorch, tensor) practice
- Github, Docker practice
