Job Description/Overview:
miniExtensions, a US-based company that creates tools for Airtable, is seeking a Remote Sales & Marketing Operations Manager. This full-time contract role involves managing and optimizing sales and marketing operations, working closely with the product and sales teams, and handling technical aspects of key marketing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
– Sales & Marketing Operations:Coordinate between the product and sales teams, manage technical aspects of key marketing systems (e.g., marketing automation, CRM), and establish scalable processes for campaign and lead management.
– Technical Management: Oversee technical aspects of Airtable and other marketing systems used for generating and reporting on leads.
– Video Recording: Create and manage video content as needed.
– Platform Proficiency: Work with HubSpot and Webflow for website editing and marketing automation.
– Process Improvement: Develop and implement best practices in campaign and lead management.
Qualifications:
– Experience: 4+ years in a similar role.
– Skills: Proficiency in HubSpot, Webflow, and Airtable. Ability to manage technical aspects of marketing systems.
– Language:Fluent in English.
– Commitment: Full-time (40+ hours per week) and availability to work PST hours (9 AM – 2 PM Mon-Fri).
– Technical Comfort: Comfortable with database tools like Airtable and managing sales calls involving technical details.
Compensation:
– Rate:** $32/hr
