Job Description/Overview:
BCP IV Station LP O/A Mobil Gas Station is looking for experienced Gas Station Supervisors to join our team in Winnipeg, MB. The ideal candidates will oversee the daily operations of the gas station and ensure efficient and effective service.
Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of gas station staff
– Establish work schedules and procedures
– Ensure smooth operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery
– Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports
– Order merchandise and stock shelves
– Maintain specified inventory and requisition merchandise
– Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization
Experience and specialization:
– Education: Bachelor’s degree
– Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in a similar supervisory role
Qualifications needed:
– Strong organizational and leadership skills
– Ability to work flexible hours
Experience:
– 2 years to less than 3 years in a supervisory role in a retail setting
Skills:
– Effective communication
– Team management
– Problem-solving
