Job Description/Overview:
NINETEEN Hunter Valley is a venue in the Hunter Valley with a Bistro, Sports Bar, and Beer Garden. We are looking for experienced Food and Beverage Duty Managers to help lead the team.
Key Responsibilities:
– Supervising a fun and energetic team of food and beverage staff
– Assist in the creation and execution of memorable events for our guests
– Receiving and coordinating restaurant reservations
– Provide training and guidance to develop team members
– Create a friendly and welcoming culture for all staff
Qualifications needed:
– Exceptional customer service skills
– Lead with a hands-on approach
– Effective time management skills
– Experience with supervising a team in a busy restaurant/bar facility
– Flexibility to work shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends
– NSW RSA and RCG certificates
Experience:
– Previous experience as a Food and Beverage Duty Manager
– People management experience in a busy restaurant/bar environment
Skills:
– Strong leadership and team management skills
– Excellent customer service and communication abilities
– Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting
