Job Description/Overview:
We are currently seeking amazing Educators and Lead Educators to join the team at our architecturally designed, award-winning Early Education service in Orange. If you are an experienced Educator or Lead Educator searching for a new workplace to call home, and looking for an opportunity to advance your career goals within a multi-service, expanding business, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
– Build positive relationships and meaningful connections with fellow Early Childhood professionals, families, children, and the wider community
– Implement our innovative and unique way of programming and practice
– Provide education and care that supports the learning of each child
Qualifications needed:
– An ACECQA approved Certificate III, Diploma of Children’s Services, or recognized Early Childhood Teaching degree (or working towards a relevant qualification)
– Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates, as well as Child Protection training (or willing to obtain/refresh as required)
– Valid NSW Working with Children Check
Experience:
– Previous experience in a similar role in Early Childhood Education
– Ability to implement contemporary, evidence-informed pedagogy
Skills:
– Strong communication and relationship-building skills
– Positive attitude and inclusiveness
– Passion for educational programs in Early Childhood
