Key Responsibilities
- Analyze user needs to find solutions that meet their expectations.
- Organize workshops with key users.
- Recommend improvements in terms of processes and/or software solutions.
- Develop the solution in collaboration with project stakeholders.
- Design and model the functional architecture of applications.
- Define the test strategy, from test plan development to test case execution.
- Support test execution (analyze errors and malfunctions of new features) and write summary reports and dashboards.
Qualifications needed
- Education in computer science (Bachelor’s degree or higher / Master’s degree).
- Very good command of French and English. Knowledge of Luxembourgish and German is an advantage.
- Methodology in analysis and testing.
- Knowledge of the financial sector will be considered an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive, rigorous, and methodical.
- Good writing, analysis, synthesis, and communication skills.
Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in functional analysis.
