Key Responsibilities
- Ensure complete legal and administrative follow-up of a portfolio of companies;
- Prepare General Meetings and Board of Directors meetings;
- Handle formalities of company formation, capital increases (in any form), company mergers, and the establishment of structures as well as drafting contracts between the administered entities, review of financial statements, and related tax declarations;
- Act as a representative for client companies, ensuring effective management;
- Communicate with clients/investors and/or their representatives;
- Participate in the analysis and drafting of documentation related to onboarding new clients and periodic review of existing clients (KYC process, etc.);
- Prepare quotations.
Qualifications needed
- You have a higher education in law, allowing great adaptability, technical skills, and quick understanding of the main legal, accounting, tax, and commercial concepts related to Luxembourg companies;
Experience
- You have at least 7 years of real experience in a fiduciary or law firm in Luxembourg;
Skills:
- Autonomy, rigor, sense of responsibility;
- Proficiency in French and English (knowledge of an additional language (German or Spanish) would be a plus);
- Good knowledge of Luxembourg taxation and accounting would be a plus.
