Job Description/Overview:
As a major player in telecommunications and the national postal and financial postal service operator, the POST Luxembourg group is a cornerstone of the Luxembourg economy. To strengthen its services, POST Telecom S.A. is currently looking for: Apprentices – Sales Advisors (m/f)
Key Responsibilities
Ensure optimal reception and advice for postal, finance, and telecom clients
Provide necessary information regarding prices, products, and services to advise clients on their purchases
Guarantee a professional presentation and cleanliness of the store so that clients form a positive opinion of POST Luxembourg
Assist clients in using the payment system (KIOSK) to carry out each transaction correctly
Offer potential after-sales services to contribute to customer satisfaction
Monitor store inventory to maintain sufficient quantities at all times
Arrange the accessory store to optimize the presentation of our products
Qualifications needed
Educational level
A-Level / Tech-Level
Experience:
Beginner (less than 1 year)
Skills:
Be dynamic and interested in the Telecom, Postal, and Finance sectors
Be an enthusiastic and flexible person
Have good communication skills and clear speech
Have critical thinking abilities to handle complex issues
Be able to understand and resolve unexpected situations with clients
Proficiency in Luxembourgish, French, German, and English is mandatory; knowledge of another language is an asset
