Job Description/Overview:
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Leader to join a well established ECE provider in the heart of Auckland. This role would best suit a fully registered Teacher who has relevant experience in leadership within the ECE sector either in a Room / Team Leader or current Centre Manager position looking for a new opportunity.
This is a permanent, full time position working Monday – Friday.
Qualifications needed
- Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education (ECE)
- 3 years experience in a similar position within the early childhood sector
- Current New Zealand Teachers Registration (full)
- A genuine warmth, care, and passion for children.
- Team-player who is collaborative and reflects upon best practice.
- The ability to foster a positive team culture and environment
- Sound knowledge and understanding of Te Whāriki.
