Job Description/Overview
Are you passionate about driving program management and utilizing Business Analysis skills to make transformational change a reality? Key Responsibilities
– Drive program outcomes and be the catalyst for delivering high-quality change at pace, including leading medium-sized programs or supporting a more senior TPM on larger programs.
– Facilitate excellent program governance through leading ‘scrum of scrum’ meetings.
– Ensure that cross-functional teams are aligned, and issues/risks are handled proactively.
– Ensure program goals are delivered on by product teams and key partners.
– Proactively identify and solve gaps, rather than just reporting progress.
– Develop a clear view of dependencies and plans to support well-defined achievements and responsibilities for product teams.
– Create, maintain, and drive deployment and rollout strategies.
– Build knowledge and trust within teams to enable effective execution of plans.
Qualifications needed
– Minimum 2-3 years of program/project management and execution experience.
– Exceptional organizational skills and a passion for details, without losing sight of the bigger picture.
– Direct engagement with product and engineering teams with a thorough understanding of agile software development processes.
– Strong technical skills with an appreciation of software engineering.
– Certifications in Agile project/program management and/or Lean Six Sigma would be advantageous.

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to articulate and document complex trade-off options in a simple manner.
– High emotional intelligence, curiosity, and adaptability.
– Self-starter with the ability to thrive in ambiguity.
