Job Description/Overview:
The Luxembourg Red Cross is recruiting a HR Business Partner (M/F/D). For its Human Resources service in Luxembourg City on a permanent contract of 32 hours/week. The HR Business Partners (HRBP) team, consisting of 5 employees, is the main point of contact for the members of the Executive Committee and the Heads of the 45 services that make up the Luxembourg Red Cross. As part of the implementation of CRL’s 2030 strategic plan, it supports them daily, understanding human issues and developing their teams in terms of skills and cohesion. To do this, it maintains close links with the various HR centers of expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and guide managers on structural HR topics (organizational structuring, GPEC, change management, etc.) and individual topics (on- and offboarding, talent management, conflict management, etc.) and provide solutions in line with current HR policies and procedures.
- Support the implementation of HR projects and identify the HR dimension in business projects to converge them in the interest of the organization as a whole.
- Contribute, with the HRBP team, to the development and enhancement of HRBP services for the organization and its employees.
- Ensure the smooth running of HR processes (validation and control of position opening requests and contract proposals, etc.).
- Represent the Human Resources Department in relations with staff representatives.
Qualifications needed
Bachelor
Master
B driving license.
Experience:
- Proven professional experience in a similar position.
- Mastery of Luxembourg labor law.
- Knowledge of secondment modalities in a third country is an asset.
- Essential mastery of French and English. Portuguese and any other language is an asset.
- Ability to thrive in a decentralized and constantly evolving environment.
- Client and results-oriented.
- Excellent ability to challenge different hierarchical levels.
Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and writing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of personnel management software (HR Access, MPLEO, etc.).
