Located near King’s Park, Mount Private Hospital is Western Australia’s leading private provider of cardiology and cardiac surgery, supported through our Level 3 ICU. With 180 beds, we provide leading care to patients in cardiology, orthopedics, neurosurgery, and general surgery.
Mount Private Hospital is supported by a state executive team, our corporate services team, and the Healthscope network.
Job Description/Overview:
Mount Private Hospital is under redevelopment of our facilities, building a $40m in Cardiac CATH labs, wards, and patient facilities. We are seeking a hands-on Operational Readiness Coordinator, to interface with all stakeholders. This role is pivotal to our brownfield success and provides oversight of key operational readiness activities. An expansive role, this position will be the clinical lead for Mount Private Hospital and will achieve success, in part through:
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborating with cross-functional teams (clinical, engineering, IT, facilities) to identify and define operational requirements
Monitoring & report on progress against ORP milestones and identify potential roadblocks
Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across various departments and external partners
Qualifications needed:
To be successful in your application, you will:
- Hold AHPRA registration (essential)
- Ability to work independently and as part of our local and national team
- Problem-solving, analytical skills, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
