Job Description/Overview:
Realiste AI is looking for experienced real estate sales professionals to manage inquiries from international investors interested in acquiring properties globally. The role involves efficient lead management, handling high volumes of calls, providing investment guidance, and developing detailed proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
– Communicate effectively with warm leads.
– Handle a high volume of daily calls.
– Guide investors through the investment process by asking insightful questions.
– Develop and send detailed proposals on investment opportunities.
– Perform administrative tasks to support sales activities.
– Coordinate with third parties to ensure transaction completion.
Qualifications Needed:
– Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
– At least 5 years of real estate sales experience with a consistent earning of over $7,000/month.
– Deep understanding of investment instruments and terminology.
– Strong listening skills and ability to follow instructions.
Experience:
– Minimum 5 years in real estate sales.
Skills:
– Excellent communication skills.
– Ability to understand and discuss investment opportunities.
– Proficiency in handling high call volumes and managing client relationships.
Compensation & Benefits:
– Monthly salary: $3,000 to $15,000.
– Annual income potential: $180,000 to $550,000.
