Job Description/Overview:
We are a multidisciplinary HTAS accredited team, who work closely with our colleagues in the community, acute inpatients wards and other sector organisations.
We are passionate about providing person centred care, tailoring care plans to suit the needs of all individuals involved during the care spell and providing a range of psychosocial interventions
The Service operates a 24/7 service, with a mobile function at night covered by our Rapid Assessment Clinic (CORAL) via the Mental Health Crisis Line.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be able to offer intensive engagement work and recovery-orientated interventions to people using services, particularly those in a heightened state of distress, requiring additional levels support. You will be able to support and enhance the therapeutic care of individuals within the community, including contributing to meaningful care plans, risk management plans, and delivering appropriate and therapeutic interventions.
Qualifications needed
- Ability and desire to obtain underpinning knowledge through Recovery Training
- Achieved NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- A commitment to undertake continuing personal and professional development
- Care Certificate
- Certificate of Sponsorship
