Job Description/Overview:
- $50-100 NZD hourly

Lynx are partnered with multiple clients across Auckland, specialising across:
-Residential
-Commercial
-Civil
With strong pipeline of work and projects heading into 2024 – we are looking for Quantity Surveyors to work on a contract basis on an hourly rate across all industries
5+ years NZ/Australia experience is preferred
Full right to work in New Zealand / Australia required – no sponsorship available for this role, you must be eligible to work on a contract hourly rate
Pay rates from $40-$80 NZ per hour depending on the projects, & your range of experience
Key Responsibilities
- Estimating and procurement
- Subcontractor management
- Tender preparation and analysis
- Managing pricing of a tender process
- Ensuring profitable outcomes on jobs across Auckland
Experience:
- Passionate, enthusiastic and self-motivated
- Forward thinker and able to take initiative
- Background in Quantity Surveying/Estimating
- The ability to work autonomously
- Good understanding of the New Zealand construction market
- Experience working on various sized projects
- Excellent communication, both written and spoken as you will be dealing with key stakeholders
