Job Description/Overview:
As an architect, you will be responsible for creating plans for individual houses or small residences for our Luxembourgish clients. You will develop a professional and comprehensive project:
Key Responsibilities
- You will handle the dossier to establish the preliminary draft;
- You will manage contacts with administrations if necessary;
- You will meet with clients;
- You will manage the dossier until the permit application is submitted
Qualifications needed
- You hold a Master’s degree in architecture;
- You are capable of managing multiple dossiers simultaneously;
- You have at least 3 years of experience (you are familiar with GDL regulations);
- Knowledge of the Archicad drawing software is mandatory;
- Knowledge of REVIT software is an asset;
- You are proficient in French for communication within the office. Any other languages are an asset
