Job Description/Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the daily operations of a restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining profitability, and managing staff.

Key responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure the restaurant complies with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and local laws
- Manage inventory, including ordering and stock control, to ensure efficient operation and minimal waste.
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Participating in and contributing to group management, marketing and finance projects.
- Ensure the restaurant’s premises are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Manage security and ensure a safe environment for staff and customers.
Qualifications needed
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of guests and team members
Have roster availability in line with business needs
Cantonese & Mandarin Speakers Preferred
