Job Description/Overview:
Morteza Bakery & Kebab is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Iranian Tandoor bread baker to join our team. As an establishment specializing in authentic Iranian cuisine, we take pride in serving our customers with the highest quality breads.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake traditional Iranian Tandoor breads according to established recipes and techniques
- Monitor and adjust oven temperatures to ensure optimal baking conditions
- Maintain a clean and organized baking area
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely production and delivery of breads
- Inspect and ensure the quality of the baked goods before serving to customers
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations
Qualifications needed
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Iranian Tandoor bread baker
- Expertise in traditional Iranian baking techniques and recipes
- Strong knowledge of ingredients and their specific measurements for bread making
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
