Key Responsibilities
- You’ll create unified, cohesive sets of UX and visual guidelines for our clients mobile & web products
- You’ll develop and conceptualise comprehensive UI/UX design strategies for clients, either from scratch or from a design template already in place.
- You’ll create high-quality mock-ups and interactive prototypes to communicate your work
- You’ll be proactive in the making and evolution of design systems and ability to design from an existing design system.
- You’ll work closely with our digital marketing team and our developers to bring to life the solution that meets both the client and user expectations.
- You will monitor the integration of mock-ups and fine-tune animations together with the developers.
Qualifications needed
You have 4+ years of experience working in a UX field and at least 1 year of experience working on design systems.
You master Figma and have a solid understanding of design tokens.
You are used to designing on multiple platforms (Web, iOS, Android, etc.)
You know all about design system best practices and have a proven track record of creating and evolving intelligent and sleek design systems.
You have the skills and experience needed to lead a project from the client’s brief to the design of intuitive and aesthetically-pleasing user interfaces.
You are a champion in taking user-centered design decisions and challenging conventional mindsets.
You’re a team player: you are able to work with a low-ego in a highly collaborative and cross-functional team.
You are excited about working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 guidelines, CSS and HTML is a plus
You are fluent in French and English, German is a plus.
