Job Description/Overview:
The IT Department of POST Luxembourg provides and manages end-to-end IT services, enabling the various entities of the company to ensure their business processes.
To strengthen its IT production monitoring services and expertise, POST Luxembourg S.A. is currently looking for an SAP Systems Analyst (MM/SD) (m/f/n) for its IT department within the General Directorate.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze organizational and system requirements
- Analyze and formalize business needs to propose effective and sustainable solutions
- Technically implement the proposed solutions and be able to supervise developments by other parties
- Ensure a technological watch mission to remain a reference in your field and help the rest of the team progress
- Participate in the management of incidents, problems, changes, and be able to coordinate small-scale projects
- Map and document the interfaces between old and new systems
- Participate in team on-call duties
- Handle any other request from management based on the employee’s professional and personal skills
Qualifications needed
- Hold a Bac +5 degree or have acquired equivalent experience during your career
- Have good experience in the SAP MM/SD module, knowledge of eWM is an advantage
- Be autonomous to fully respond to business requests, from requirements gathering to technical implementation
- Have strong interpersonal skills and good listening skills to develop the required solutions according to the needs expressed by the business, IT, and management
- Be proactive in proposing new solutions for greater business and IT efficiency
- Be meticulous to ensure system sustainability
- Be fluent in French and English; German or Luxembourgish will be considered an advantage
