Job Description:
As the Manager, Brand Marketing at Sephora Canada, you will lead the marketing relationship between Sephora and its third-party brands. You will develop marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives to enhance Sephora’s market presence, particularly focusing on media and omni-channel marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
– Understand Sephora’s marketing capabilities and business priorities to develop and implement brand marketing strategies in Canada.
– Advise brands on optimizing marketing resources and create effective go-to-market plans for major launches.
– Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to secure brand participation and co-op funding for partnership marketing programs.
– Manage annual brand activation calendars and ensure timely execution of brand plans.
– Analyze co-op program investments and provide recommendations, managing budgets and tracking costs.
– Foster collaboration with US and Canadian teams to share insights and ensure consistent brand service.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience in account/brand management and omni-channel integrated marketing.
– Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and digital/social media platforms.
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external brands.
– Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive strategic decisions.
– Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with brand partners and internal stakeholders.
