The critical, independent Luxembourg weekly newspaper is looking for:
A journalist to cover parental leave, on a fixed-term contract for one year in full-time (40 hours per week), with the possibility of subsequent conversion to part-time (20 hours per week).
For the Politics and Social Affairs editorial team
Key Responsibilities
- Writing and editing journalistic articles in German and/or French
- Proofreading articles in German and French
- Coordinating current print editions in rotation with other editorial colleagues
- Actively participating in the operation and development of the woxx online platform
Qualifications needed
- Experience in journalism
- Knowledge of the political and social reality of Luxembourg
- Knowledge and contacts in the cultural sector in Luxembourg
- Motivation to take on responsibilities in a self-managed company
- Team spirit and a high degree of independence
- Solid knowledge in the field of digital media
- Language skills in Luxembourgish or the willingness to acquire them are an advantage.
