Bella Hospitality Group is hiring front of house supervisors for multiple locations in Fredericton, NB. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will ensure guests receive prompt and courteous service, supervise the front of house team, maintain cleanliness, and contribute to a safe and friendly work environment.
Responsibilities:
– Provide prompt and courteous service to guests.
– Supervise front of house team to maintain quality, standards, and procedures.
– Answer questions about menu items and specials.
– Serve drinks and maintain a clean work environment, including uniforms.
– Contribute to a safe, friendly, and healthy work environment.
– Demonstrate punctuality and reliability.
– Participate as a team player in a dynamic restaurant environment.
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in a supervisory role in hospitality preferred.
– Strong customer service skills.
– Ability to work 8-hour shifts and handle a fast-paced environment.
– Reliable and punctual with attention to detail.
– Must be eligible to work in Canada.
Education:
– High school diploma or equivalent.
