Key Responsibilities
Provides information to customers on products and prices ; liaise with sales representatives and provide support by organizing deliveries and purchases for new customers ; help customers to place orders through social media platforms fields telephone enquiries from prospective customers on behalf of the sales team
Qualifications needed:
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment
