Job Description/Overview:
SolarCleano is looking for a maintenance and SAV technician to help service our growing fleet of robots.
Deal with day-to-day repairs of the working robots and help to send parts and trouble shoot robotic issues directly with our clients
Key Responsibilities
- To handle and respond in a timely manner to phone calls and emails from clients.
- Listen, build a relationship of trust, and project a positive image of SolarCleano from the first contact.
- Provide answers and / or solutions adapted to the request of our customers.
- Ensure that the clients files are kept up to date in terms of technical and commercial information.
- Follow up on spare parts that are sent on clients request and then the subsequent returns.
- Keep all procedures up to date and relevant.
- Keep track of logistics for all clients.
Qualifications needed
A-Level / Tech-Level
HND or equivalent
Experience:
Professional experience
Beginner (less than 1 year)
First Experience (1-2 years)
Experienced (2-5 years)
Proven Experience (5 years and more)
Skills:
- Communication skills: You must be able to understand the clients needs, find and fix the issues in a polite and professional manner.
- Time management skills: You must be able to adapt quickly and learn to prioritise.
- Teamwork skills: Be able to work independently while having a good team spirit.
- Technical skills: A working knowledge of electrical and mechanical engineering.
- Languages: Professional competence inEnglish: Portuguese, Spanish, Dutch or another European language would be considered an advantage.
