Job Description/Overview:

We are currently looking for a dynamic and skilled Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service team. As a Customer Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction, managing a team of customer service representatives, and implementing strategies to enhance the overall customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional leadership abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to analyze and improve customer service processes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, training, and support

– Develop and implement effective customer service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction

– Set performance goals for the team and monitor progress towards achieving them

– Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints in a professional and timely manner

– Analyze customer service data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for efficiency

– Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer interactions and resolutions

– Prepare regular reports on customer service metrics for management review

– Stay informed about industry best practices and implement relevant changes to improve service quality

Experience: 

Retail sales: 1 year (required)

Customer Service: 1 year (required)

Skills: 

Proven experience in a customer service management role or similar position

– Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

– Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus

– Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions

– Experience supervising staff and managing performance effectively

– Proficiency in CRM software or other relevant tools for customer service management
