Canalta Food Services Ltd. is looking for a Food Service Supervisor for their A&W location in Davidson, SK. This full-time, permanent role involves supervising food preparation and ensuring high-quality service standards.
Key Responsibilities
– Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
– Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
– Estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
– Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
– Address customers’ complaints or concerns
– Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
– Prepare and submit reports
Qualifications Needed
– Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience:
– 1 year to less than 2 years
Skills:
– Strong supervisory skills
– Knowledge of food preparation and portion control
– Ability to train and manage staff
– Attention to detail and quality control
– Customer service skills
