About The Role
We are seeking a Marketing Executive to coordinate and execute marketing activities, promotions, and events for the allocated Business Portfolio (BP), ensuring full alignment with Al Tayer Group (ATG) policies and Brand/Principal guidelines across UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, and Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities
– Assist in developing yearly and quarterly marketing plans and calendar of activities for the respective portfolio of brands.
– Implement marketing and promotional activities for the BP as per the agreed plans.
– Maintain a thorough understanding of Principal requirements and guidelines, ensuring adherence across all marketing activities.
– Coordinate daily with sales teams and BU managers to identify and support marketing requirements.
– Coordinate weekly with the central team regarding all marketing needs, including POS, posters, brochures, media, merchandising, websites, PR, CRM, displays, etc.
– Liaise with vendors to ensure production of POS materials and marketing collateral aligns with marketing objectives and timelines.
– Assist in collating data for reports on brand performance, marketing initiatives, customer mix, and post-activity evaluations.
– Monitor and report on competitors’ activities in communication, pricing, packaging, and planning.
– Maintain the archiving system for all executed marketing activities and ensure relevant databases/systems are updated.
– Collect and maintain estimates and invoices with vendors, ensuring timely processing of payments through the FSS structure.
– Support the team in maintaining annual budgets and allocating monthly phases.
– Maintain effective relations with key external parties such as vendors and mall management.
– Update and maintain the marketing calendar for all promotional initiatives.
– Regularly update website brand and portfolio content by season.
– Collaborate with Brand Principals and the Social Media team to develop relevant content for the allocated portfolio.
About You
Education/Certification:
– Graduate, preferably in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing.
Years of Experience:
– 3 to 5 years of marketing experience.
– Experience in the retail industry is an advantage.
Knowledge and Skills:
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong organizational and planning abilities, including the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
