Job Responsibilities
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability. Identify new business opportunities and cultivate strong relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
Marketing Campaigns: Create and execute innovative marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness and drive sales. Develop targeted promotions, advertising initiatives, and digital marketing strategies to reach our target audience.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
Team Leadership: Manage and lead a high-performing sales team. Set goals, provide guidance, and inspire team members to deliver exceptional results. Foster a positive work environment and encourage professional development within the team.
Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Utilize data and insights to optimize marketing and sales strategies.
Budgeting and Reporting: Develop and manage the marketing and sales budget. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing and sales management, preferably in a similar industry.
