MYC Media is on the lookout for a proactive and experienced Director of Sales and Marketing to lead our marketing and sales initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Leadership: Lead and mentor the sales and marketing teams, setting clear objectives and providing guidance to ensure successful achievement of department goals.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies, including creating annual budgets, forecasting requirements, and establishing sales quotas.
Operational Management: Achieve marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, and executing advertising campaigns. Analyze market trends and consumer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
Client Relations: Build and sustain strong relationships with key accounts through regular interactions and strategic business development efforts.
Team Development: Recruit, train, and coach staff to enhance their performance and growth. Monitor job contributions and provide feedback to ensure alignment with company goals.
Market Analysis: Research and identify market opportunities to improve product marketability and profitability. Gather and analyze data to make informed business decisions.
Sales Growth: Drive business growth through strategic planning and effective management of marketing initiatives. Present multiple product lines and work with distributors and customers to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales and management roles, including experience leading sales and marketing teams.
Skills: Strong leadership abilities, business acumen, and expertise in digital marketing. Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.
Knowledge: Familiarity with large format printing, signage, graphics installation, and related industries.
Requirements: Valid Class G driver’s license and access to a vehicle preferred. Proven ability to work under pressure, maintain good relationships, and close deals.
