  • Content Creation and Management: Create compelling and relevant content for various digital channels, including blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and website copy, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand voice.
  • Analyzing Performance: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, social media analytics, and email marketing platforms to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven optimizations.
  • Staying Updated with Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing to incorporate innovative strategies and techniques into campaigns.
  • Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their goals, provide updates on campaign performance, and address any concerns or inquiries promptly.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and content creators, to ensure seamless execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
  • All campaigns are to be created for Key Hire Clients through your social media platforms.

Requirements:

 

  • Proven Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing roles, with a track record of successful campaign management and measurable results.
  • Proficiency in Digital Marketing Tools: In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite, or similar tools.


  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make informed decisions to optimize campaign performance.
  • Creativity: Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for engaging content and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely and effectively communicate with clients and team members.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Degree in Marketing or Related Field (Preferred): A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related feld is preferred but not mandatory, provided the candidate demonstrates relevant experience and skills.
