Job Description/Overview:
Total Construction Solutions Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Agent to manage customer inquiries, address complaints, and provide essential support to ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Address customers’ complaints or concerns
Answer inquiries and provide information to customers
Arrange billing for services
Arrange refunds and credits
Explain the types and costs of services offered
Issue receipts and other forms
Maintain records and statistics
Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Perform general office duties
Receive and log complaints
Receive payments
Education:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience:
Experience is an asset
Workplace:
On-site (no remote work option)
Salary:
$22.50 per hour
35 hours per week
