About the Role
We’re seeking a Senior Technical Writer to craft and manage content that helps our customers, employees, and partners fully understand and optimize Trustly’s solutions. From help articles to enterprise manuals and GenAI conversational flows, your work will drive clarity and customer success across our organization.
This is a remote position open to candidates based in Canada only.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Help & Support Content: Write clear, engaging online help content (FAQs, how-tos, hover text, etc.) for Trustly’s self-service platform.
- Internal Knowledge Base: Develop and maintain internal documentation to support team operations and training.
- Customer Response Library: Create a repository of standardized responses for common customer inquiries.
- Enterprise Merchant Documentation: Design and maintain procedural content for merchant onboarding and operations.
- GenAI Conversational Design: Contribute to the development and refinement of GenAI conversational flows, ensuring intuitive and helpful user experiences.
- Visual Content Creation: Use images, workflows, and expandable content to enhance comprehension.
- Content Analytics: Track performance and user engagement to continuously improve content quality and effectiveness.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in technical writing or content management in a software environment
- Strong experience creating both B2B and B2C support content
- Knowledge of conversational design principles and GenAI
- Experience with Salesforce Knowledge is a plus
- Skilled in content taxonomy and structuring for readability and machine-consumability
- Creative and strategic thinker with strong communication skills
- Experience with payments or FinTech is a bonus
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing competing priorities
- Able to report on content performance and impact
