About Cultural Awareness International (CAI)
Cultural Awareness International (CAI) is a leading provider of destination services and cross-cultural solutions. We are looking for a Junior Global Assignment Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team and contribute to providing exceptional relocation and cross-cultural services to our clients.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a member of CAI’s Destination Services team, you will support the Global Account Coordination Team and work closely with the Director of Destination Services, VP of Intercultural Services, and President & CEO. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the full cycle of relocation assignments for Relocation and Cross-Cultural Programs.
- Setting up new assignments and providing data entry support.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for new client requests.
- Providing research support on various topics as required by the Global Account Coordination Team.
- Supporting the management team in various tasks to ensure smooth operations.
What We’re Looking For
- Applicants must be based in the US, preferably Texas, and authorized to work in the United States.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation
Compensation is commensurate with work and industry experience.
