About the Role:
As a Content Writer (UX/UI), you will create engaging, user-friendly content that enhances the customer experience within our software. Your focus will be on product sustainability, ensuring that all UI content, in-app communications, regulatory updates, and product releases accurately reflect enhancements and changes.
You’ll work closely with Product Leaders and Engineers to craft user interface (UI) content, including:
- Dialog boxes
- Microcopy
- Ghost text
- Labels & button copy
- Toast/snackbar messages
Additionally, you’ll develop customer-facing assessments and forms using a Content Management System (CMS) and XML formatting. You’ll manage the content release calendar, write technical help files, and oversee the Help Center, Resource Hub, and Help File build process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write and refine UX/UI content for sustaining product updates
- Develop in-app messaging and notifications for feature changes and product releases
- Structure language for XML and JSON formats
- Manage content release calendars and technical documentation
- Maintain the Help Center, Resource Hub, and Help File build process
- Work with cross-functional teams (Product Management, Engineering, etc.)
- Use CCMS (Component Content Management Systems) for authoring and publishing
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in UX/UI content writing for digital products
- Bachelor’s degree in English, UX Writing, Technical Communications, Journalism, or related field
- Understanding of structured content and audience-focused writing
- Experience with XML and JSON formats
- Familiarity with agile development workflows
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
- Experience with PointClickCare or other EHR software
- Knowledge of Paligo, Pendo, Jira, Aha!, Figma, Miro, Smartsheet
- Portfolio of past work, including instructional documentation
