Key Responsibilities
As the Marketing Manager, you will:
- Develop Marketing Strategies: Create and execute effective marketing plans to promote our products and services.
- Campaign Management: Oversee all marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and advertising.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to develop promotional strategies that drive sales.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
- Content Creation: Supervise the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, ads, and website content.
- Performance Tracking: Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, optimizing strategies for maximum impact.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the cycling or outdoor industry.
- Skills: Strong understanding of marketing principles, excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team and drive results.
- Creativity: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with digital marketing (social media, email marketing, online advertising).
- Knowledge of the cycling industry and current trends.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools.
What We Offer
- Salary: $80,000 – $120,000 per year, with additional bonus and overtime pay.
- Benefits: Dental care, disability insurance, extended health care, life insurance, and paid time off.
- Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday.
