About Us
Neighbourhood Pub is seeking a creative and experienced Content Creator to join our team. As a key member of our marketing and content team, you will be responsible for crafting compelling written content that effectively communicates our brand message and enhances our online presence. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled writer with a passion for content creation and digital marketing.
Position Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for creating written content for a variety of platforms, including advertisements, websites, and other marketing materials. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary teams to develop content that supports our brand, engages our audience, and drives business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Study and determine the selling features of our products and services to effectively communicate them through written content.
- Write engaging text for advertisements, commercials, and other marketing materials.
- Lead and coordinate the development of website graphics, content, and interactivity alongside design teams.
- Prepare clear and concise written material for reports, briefs, website content, and other communication channels.
- Oversee the creation and preparation of written material for our website.
- Conduct thorough research to support content production and ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align content with our overall brand strategy.
Qualifications
- College/CEGEP education in a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in content creation or a related field.

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat Reader, Adobe After Effects, and InDesign.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and achieve objectives.
- Experience in writing for digital platforms and understanding of SEO principles is a plus.
Work Setting
- Full-time, permanent position with 32 hours per week.
- Work will primarily focus on business and/or industry-related content creation.
