Position: Architectural Sales Rep

Job Description/Overview:
The Architectural Sales Executive is responsible for identifying and generating new business leads, especially in commercial projects and government tenders, and managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract closure. This role involves client relationship management, detailed record-keeping of sales activities, and strategy development to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business leads for commercial projects and government tenders.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales cycle.
Manage lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and contract signing.
Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, interactions, and client updates.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company targets.
Qualifications:
Strong understanding of sales principles and a track record of achieving sales goals.
Basic knowledge of architectural field practices and ability to communicate technical aspects.
Familiarity with city laws, legal processes, and restrictions.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
Knowledge of commercial and government tendering.
Fluent in Arabic.
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year in Architectural Sales.
Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong work ethic and professionalism.
Socially adept and adaptable.
