Job Description/Overview:
Al-Futtaim Group is seeking a Sales Assistant to drive sales and create a welcoming customer experience. The role involves maintaining store standards, assisting customers, and executing various operational tasks as directed by store management.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Greet customers with a friendly attitude and adhere to dress code standards.
Provide relevant product information and assistance in fitting rooms.
Offer efficient service at the cash wrap, including gift card sales and database updates.
Express gratitude to customers upon their exit and invite them back for future visits.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of retail sales experience.
Good verbal communication skills.
Ability to perform some heavy lifting and stand for up to 8 hours.
High school degree required.
Skills:
Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
Organized and detail-oriented.
