About the Role:
Speedwork Social is looking for a LinkedIn Social Media Copywriter to join our team! If you’re passionate about LinkedIn, have experience creating compelling content for companies and thought leaders, and are always analyzing new trends and strategies, this part-time freelance role could be perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their business, personality, target audience, and content goals
- Create engaging, succinct LinkedIn posts that resonate with readers and represent the client’s voice
- Strategize content with the team, staying up to date on LinkedIn’s algorithms, trends, and hashtags
- Use best practices to minimize post creation time and deliver results quickly
- Collaborate with clients and team members to maintain an effective LinkedIn social strategy
About You:
- You are an active LinkedIn user, familiar with the platform’s social content, algorithms, and hashtags
- You have a strong background in copywriting with a proven ability to create engaging social media posts for LinkedIn
- You’re enthusiastic about using LinkedIn as a tool for companies and thought leaders to share insights
- You’re a fast learner, organized, and able to juggle multiple projects with different clients
- You have at least 2 years of relevant experience in social media marketing, preferably in B2B settings
- Experience working in an agency or tech industry is a plus
Requirements:
- Strong copywriting skills, especially for social media content
- At least 2 years of experience in social media marketing, specifically on LinkedIn
- A degree in Creative Writing, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- Availability to work 10-20 hours per week
- B2B experience required, agency/tech experience preferred
- Located in the US or Canada
