Job Description/Overview:
Deutsche Börse Group is seeking a Senior Marketing Officer to join the Product Marketing Unit within the Strategy, Governance, and Performance Controlling area. This role will focus on supporting the marketing of Clearstream’s Securities Services products and services portfolio, contributing to the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing strategies to support business growth and enhance client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including websites, email marketing, webinars, and social media.
Produce effective and targeted content that highlights competitive advantages and demonstrates value-creation potential.
Implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Track and analyze campaign performance and key metrics, including website traffic flow and search engine optimization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally within financial services or the B2B segment.
Willingness to understand the structure and products of the post-trade finance industry.
Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication skills with very good written and spoken English.
Familiarity with the MS Office suite; knowledge of CRM tools and web content management systems is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years in a marketing role, preferably within financial services or B2B.
Skills:
Strong analytical abilities and personal interaction skills.
Proficiency in communication and content creation.
