Job Description/Overview:
Aware, Inc. is a global leader in biometrics software products, solutions, and services, dedicated to improving user experiences by allowing individuals to control their identities while ensuring security and convenience. As a Software Engineer at Aware, you will develop SDKs and applications for platforms like Windows and Linux, focusing on biometrics such as face, fingerprint, and voice. You’ll collaborate with a team of engineers to design, build, deploy, and maintain high-quality biometric solutions. Additionally, you’ll provide expertise and support to pre-sales and customer success efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain Aware’s biometric SDKs.
Collaborate with product owners and managers to align on design goals and deliver impactful products.
Assist the customer success team with pre-sales insights and customer support.
Develop and update product manuals detailing integration and usage of SDKs.
Create and maintain internal tools for building, packaging, and deploying products.
Deploy applications for internal stakeholders and customers to use biometric services.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
Experience:
3+ years of experience in engineering development in a production environment.
Proficiency in C++, Java, Python, and REST APIs.
Familiarity with SDK development and integration.
Compensation:
Salary Range: $82,000 – $131,200 per year
Median Pay: $107,000 per year (Employer Estimate)

Required Experience:
