Job Description/Overview:
Join the team at White Oak Manor Lancaster, where we pride ourselves on a low staff turnover and a supportive environment. We are seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide quality care to our residents. This role involves interacting with residents, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring a comfortable living environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily activities and personal care.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
Communicate effectively with residents and team members.
Support residents’ physical and emotional needs.
Qualifications:
Must have an active Certified Nursing Assistant certification in South Carolina.
Long-term care experience is preferred.
Outgoing personality and ability to multitask.
Experience:
Previous experience as a CNA is advantageous but not required.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
