Job Description/Overview:
As a Caregiver at Capri Communities, you will provide personal care and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) for RCAC, CBRF, and Memory Care residents. This role involves following the resident care plan, assisting with mobility, medical administration, meal serving, and light housekeeping. You’ll be contributing to a supportive community for the elderly while adhering to both organizational and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with activities of daily living, mobility, and transfers.
Support residents with medical administration and reporting requirements.
Serve and plate meals for residents.
Help with light housekeeping duties in resident rooms and common areas.
Engage in resident activities and promote a positive living environment.
Qualifications:
Must be available to work every other weekend and rotating holidays.
Willingness to follow the Resident Care plan and assist with personal care and ADLs.
Experience:
Prior experience working in a care facility is preferred.
Skills:
Compassionate care, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
