Job Description/Overview:
Garden Square of Casper is looking for compassionate and dedicated caregivers to join our team. As a Resident Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by providing meaningful care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living and environmental orientation as needed.
Provide laundry and housekeeping services to residents as assigned.
Demonstrate knowledge of infection control and universal precautions.
Observe and communicate any changes in residents’ physical or mental status.
Maintain a mature and pleasant demeanour in all interactions; support the mission and care approach of the community.
Maintain an acceptable attendance record and notify supervisors of any lateness or inability to work per personnel policies.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Must demonstrate a commitment to resident care and well-being.
Compensation and Benefits:
Annual salary range: $32,000 – $41,000 (Glassdoor estimate).
